• All items for sale in eCRATER store are Brand New or Refurbished. There are no Used items for sale unless it clearly states it’s Used.
• All New items are Sealed in Factory Boxes and Never Opened.
• All Refurbished items are Factory Recertified or 3rd Party Refurbished.
• Every item for sale comes with it’s own manufacturer warranty.
• All sales are final. No Returns.
• DOA and defective units are to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
• We work very hard to ensure the most accurate item descriptions, however please check the manufacturers web pages for complete product details.

Payment & Shipping
• Only ship to USA lower 48 states . Will NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Will not ship to Canada.
• Payments are made through secured PayPal account.
• Confirmed physical PayPal address for shipping, No PO Box, APO or FPO address.
• 7% TAX is added for items sold in New Jersey.
• Shipping is provided by FedEx or UPS.
• Ground Standard Shipping within 2 Business Days AFTER the payment is cleared. Tracking number will be sent to customer’s PayPal email address after the shipment.
